My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The property is stunning with breathtaking views, and the room we had was beautifully decorated and comfortable. However, the service did not meet expectations, especially for the price we paid. Cap Juluca is truly a special place with stunning views and a beautiful beach setting. The rooms are lovely and clean, offering fantastic ocean views. The service was incredible, with attentive staff who made our experience memorable. However, we noticed a shift in some personal touches that made this resort uniquely charming, and some of the dining experiences fell a bit short of expectations. Despite these minor concerns, the overall stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning.
